Perception Shift : The New Reality


Aaron Boucher is a multidisciplinary conceptual and figurative artist whose works include mixed media on paper and canvas and sculpture. His use of symbolism and allegorical minimalist compositions illustrate complex ideas that establishes a new paradigm for societal identity. In Perception Shift (2018), Aaron’s latest series opens a dialogue with the identity of self and the consequences of impunity.

Aaron Boucher (b. 1979) earned a Master of Architecture from Texas Tech University in 2004 and has worked with noted contemporary Architecture firms in New York City and later served as the Director of Design for a custom fabrication studio that challenged the impossible with refined craft and a minimalist design ethos. Aaron has won numerous design awards and competitions and his works have displayed in galleries in New York City and across the country to critical acclaim. He is also the founder of the inter-disciplinarian collective and art gallery, Field Colony.
